I simply need an email account created on your normal business email system. This can be in my name, a pseudonym - or the name of someone else in your existing team. Unlike traditional bulk outreach campaigns, there are no ‘burner’ domains and email accounts, because there is no high volume spam-like activity.

Unlike traditional bulk outreach, each message will be largely bespoke to each recipient based on their buying trigger and context. However, we will agree a general framework for the outreach messaging, ensuring it reflects your style and tone - and that it aligns with the goals of your campaign (typically to book meetings with prospects, though it may be to share content or invite to events - or whatever is relevant to your current GTM process).

Unlike traditional bulk outbound campaigns, we start with an empty list rather than a large set of contact data. When the signal monitors are turned on, they’ll start finding live opportunities and building the outreach list as new triggers are detected. Data will be auto-inserted into your CRM (if relevant).
Bespoke outreach messages will be created and sent to each lead as and when their buying trigger behaviour is detected.
The volume of messages sends is dictated entirely by the volume of buying triggers detected by the signal monitors.

As the campaign progresses, we can add additional signal monitors if appropriate - and continually refine the monitors based on the relevance of the leads they’re finding.
Continual optimisation of messaging is based on the nature and quality of the response the campaign is getting.
